Cinnamon with apples is a calming therapy. use it all the time….u can get it at any wal-mart or u can make your own.

i think using potpouri or buring an vanilla and lavendar candle would help ease the stress. also, try listening to mood music, the soothing sounds of the seas, or peaceful sounds of birds singing in the spring. don’t eat in your bed or do anything but make love and sleep. that is what the bedroom is used for… no watching television in bed either. drop some vanilla scents on your pillow case and opt for 100% cotton sheets or satin sheets… or just swap out your pillow for a new one.
